Virgin Galactic is a Virgin Group company of billionaire Richard Branson, which aims to sell suborbital flights to the public.

Virgin Galactic plans to send six passengers in orbit per flight, at a cost of 250,000 US$, at an altitude of more than 100 km with a flight duration ranging from 2 to 3 hours.

In the history of the Space Conquest, on 01.04.2019, only 573 different astronauts took off from Earth. Currently, only the Russian Federal Space Agency Roskosmos has sent “tourists” into space, 7 in total at a cost of about 20-35 million dollars for a stay of a few days on board the International Space Station ISS.
